In short, yes. My main pre-course concern, was would the course "meet me where I'm at"? In other words would it be too basic or too advanced? In the spirit of Goldilocks, I found that this course was just right. I was not bored, nor was I overwhelmed by tech talk. The format of the content (short videos, concise text, helpful links, thoughtful surveys that generated action plans and bonus tid-bits), was thoroughly engaging. I found it to be a good investment and I will take the follow up marketing course once I have put the principles of this course into practice. By the way, I live in Florida and this course translated very well for international practitioners. You don't have to live in Australia to immediately begin using the information provided.

Awesome Content Covid 19 Quick Set Up - very helpful Would be great to have a text format of your brilliant script to help to sell the concept of a telehealth consultation to a client. I wrote it down but just thinking would be great for others. So much to do to be anywhere near the level of automation that you have that would make life so much easier but little steps! I found the course very informative, a great insight into how a "Digital Practice" can and should work. There were plenty of useful and practical tips. With out sounding crass, there has never been a better time to transition into this new area and Karen is a superb mentor and guide. I conducted my first Telehealth consultation yesterday, consequently "Physioworks Digital Practice" is up and running. Now comes the hard work, to refine the process to a level that hopefully approaches that achieved by Karen.

I really enjoyed the course as it demonstrated that telehealth can be an another type of service to provide to my clients. I also like the fact that it helped me identified if telehealth would be something that I could add to my practice. I appreciated the fact that Karen shared some of her resources and tools to help me creates my telehealth. Thank you, it was overall a good course.

The content made me aware of all the considerations in setting up a digital practice. I thought I could just hook up to my device and GO! clips were clear and concise, and so was text.

This was a great introduction into the brave new world of telehealth. The broad scope highlighted many considerations to be dealt with prior to making the successful leap into a sustainable telehealth practice.
